The uniqueness of NPS Engine Improvement:

The NPS Engine Improvement combines coating of metal surfaces with enhanced performance in the engines lubricants. What makes the system unique is that we apply a mixture of three different nanoparticles which individually reduces the friction in engines.

1) SiO2, Silicon-oxide round shaped glass particles which can penetrate the  smallest pores and cracks in a metal surface.

2) Al2O3, Aluminum oxide that with its diamond shape creates an upper layer in the nano-structure

3) and Nano-tubes or flat plasma-treated graphite (very long and thin particles) that form bridges on top of the pores

While competing products normally use one of these three components and can can show a reduction in friction coefficient of 30%, the NPS particle combination can reduce the friction coefficient by as much as 96%, as seen in tests from TUV.

NPS Engine Improvement is a self adjustable  layer, like a “dynamic sponge”. The formed oil bearing chains help to improve the output. This results in:

- A decrease of the friction coefficient

- An improvement of the load rating of the lubricants

- An improvement of the work efficiency of the aggregate

Engine manufacturers comments:

Mercedes and Volkswagen say their spare parts sales will drop with NPS, so they don’t approve it for that reason. Caterpillar, Scania,  Wärtsilä, MTU and others will only refer to the approved oils without giving any more reason. However, we are in a positive dialogue with many of them.

So, for engines under warranty it is up to you. There is no risk of course, and NPS also have a EURO 5 Million per incident insurance in place just in case of anything. However, if you are still in doubt we suggest you start with your engines outside of warranty, and when looking at your savings year over year on these, you might ask yourself why the motor makers and the oil producers should earn the extra buck on additional sales of spares and maintenance.

After all we have a responsibility towards nature, to lower the emissions and stop pollution. Remember that NPS gives you a guarantee of minimum 30% less emission with NPS, so is that not worth some time to demand a test with your engine manufacturer?

Pressure and temperature enhance the nano particles to fight their way through the dirt layers and loosen them up.

The nano particles stay on the metal surface even when the oil is removed, creating a layer of nano balls which increase efficiency and power of engine.

The nano particles (from 14 nm) in form of a powder, is already mixed in  the oil and you just add it directly.
